Staff scheduling is one of the most critical pieces of making an entire recreation department run smoothly, but often one of the most cumbersome things to manage. You’re managing dozens of part-time, usually teenage, staff members. Their schedules are constantly changing. They have lots of competing priorities. And many of them are learning how to work their first job.

But you just want to make sure there are enough lifeguards at the pool without spending hours every day to do so.

We get it. We’ve talked to dozens of cities and learned about the struggle of managing staff. And we’ve started building something to make it easier. 

We’re looking for beta customers because we care about partnering with you and getting this right. This beta version might have some bugs, as all beta software does. But your participation in the beta program will give us the feedback we need.
